Class 1 Drivers
£15.23 per hour - £35.08 per hour (PAYE)

Mainstream Fleet Services are recruiting on behalf of our client based within the Sittingbourne area for Class 1 Drivers.
The role will entail:
• General Haulage of recycled waste and recycled paper.
• Delivering to Hubs in various locations.
• The shifts are on average 12 hours long.
• Full time or part time hours available.
• Mainly a driving role including opening/ closing curtains and strapping of the load.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Full Class 1 licence (Minimum 1 year’s recent driving experience).
• Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card.
• No more than 6 points or have the following endorsement codes showing (DD or DR).
• Compliant to all rules and regulations within LGV driving.
• Good roadcraft/ Geographical knowledge.
Shifts available are over a 7-day period starting at 06:00 hours or 18.00 hours and work is all year round.
All candidates are required to pass our clients driving assessment +2 shifts training prior to commencing this role.
Pay Rates:
• Days - £15.23ph (Monday to Friday).
• Nights - £17.54ph (Monday to Friday).
• Saturday – Day £22.84ph/ Night £26.31ph
• Sunday - Day £30.46ph/ Night £35.08ph.
• Bank Holiday - Day £30.46ph/ Night £35.08ph
The rates are all PAYE and holiday accrual is in addition to the above rates and pay is weekly.
