£15.75 per hour - £28.87 per hour + holiday pay

Mainstream Fleet Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for Part Time Class 1 Drivers based within the Sittingbourne area.
The role will entail: - Refrigerated distribution across a variety of locations - Delivering to RDC’s and collections to and from farms - The shifts are on average 12 hours long
- Flexibility for shift start times and occasional nights out
- Mainly a driving role with minimal handling of the load
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: - Full Class 1 licence (Minimum 6 months experience) - Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card - No more than 6 points or have the following endorsement codes showing (DD or DR) - Compliant to all rules and regulations within LGV driving - Good roadcraft/ Geographical knowledge
Shifts available are across a 7 day period starting from 01:00 hours to 11.00pm and we can currently offer 1 to 3 shifts per week, with additional work once our client starts their peak from April onwards.
All candidates are required to pass our clients assessment prior to commencing which includes a written and practical driving test. (2-3 hour assessments are being held between Monday to Friday)
Pay Rates:-
- Days - £15.75 (Monday to Friday) - Nights - £17.25 (Monday to Friday) - Saturday hours – Day £20.00/ Night £20.70 - Sunday hours + Bank Holiday – Day £23.62/ Nights £28.87
The rates are all PAYE and holiday accrual is in addition to the above rates and is paid weekly.
