This course is for those who have not been formally trained, have little to no experience or required to refresh their certification in using a Skidsteer.

On Completion, the trainee will be expected to identify components, carryout pre-start checks, start up procedures, manoeuvring in open and confined spaces, excavating with bucket, discharging materials at ground and full height levels and travel on inclines, parking and post-stop checks.

They will have knowledge of the Operators safety code, factors affecting stability and responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, PUWER 98 & LOLER 98.

We offer accreditation with NPORS and ITSSAR.

ITSSAR Duration: Novice Operator - 3 Days Experienced Operator - 1

Day Refresh/Conversion/Specific attachment - 1 Day

NPORS as above, but we can also offer 6 Experienced worker tests in 1 day.
