Mainstream started in 1997, with just three people, a forklift truck and a single lorry. It is now a major national and international provider of training and recruitment.
Our team of more than 200 includes around 100 highly skilled and experienced instructors, covering a wide range of courses and vocational qualifications. We’re nationally accredited, with equality, diversity and inclusiveness at the heart of what we do.
Our modern fleet of training vehicles and plant is based at our training centre in Sittingbourne. It includes manual and automatic LGVs, dual-controlled cars, minibuses, lorry-mounted cranes and a wide selection of construction and warehouse machinery.
In fact, if it moves, we can probably train you to use it!
We have also built a reputation as a trusted staff-supply partner to businesses of all sizes, from local hauliers to national retailers and distributors. We work closely with our customers to meet their needs; for example, our recruitment agency supplies around 600 temporary drivers and other logistics staff every week.
